Russian bread maker hopes to pass on traditional skills via local tourism industry in China's Inner Mongolia

Fu Yanmei has made Russian bread for nearly 20 years in Enhe Township where China's Russian ethnic group gathers. "My mother-in-law is from Russian ethnic group. I started to make Russian bread after I got married", said Fu. As the development of the local tourism industry, Fu's business is growing bigger.
