NEW DELHI, June 25 (Xinhua) -- At least three policemen were wounded in a grenade attack in India's northeastern state of Assam, police said Wednesday.
The grenade blast took place inside a paramilitary camp of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) in Golaghat district, about 225 km northeast of Dispur, the capital city of Assam.
The wounded police personnel were immediately hospitalized, and their condition is stated to be stable. ■
